1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using POS Ally, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

POS Ally is a cloud-based, multi-tenant point of sale platform offering Retail POS, HR Management, CRM, and Accounting modules. Each business receives a dedicated subdomain with isolated data storage.

3. Accounts and Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

POS Ally offers subscription-based pricing. All plans include a 14-day free trial. After the trial, your chosen plan will be billed monthly through Stripe. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use POS Ally for any unlawful purpose, to violate any regulations, to infringe on intellectual property rights, or to transmit malicious code. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you input into POS Ally. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your business data. You may export your data at any time.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

POS Ally is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
